My personal counselling style is to establish through exploration of your past and present circumstances, what lies at the heart of your problems in a non-judgmental and caring way. Within the therapeutic relationship you're viewed holistically, body, mind and soul, with the purpose of helping you gain insight into your difficulties or distress. Providing you with a greater understanding of your motivations and hence bringing about changes in your thinking, behaviour and feelings.
My core belief being that we are all capable of change and through the analysis of unhelpful relational patterns that might have developed through your lifetime; we can work together to discover new and alternative possibilities, which could sustain a hopefully more fulfilling future.
